Samsung has just launched Galaxy S III Neo Plus (model no . I9300I) with decent specifications in China. However, availability details and pricing for other countries aren't official yet. Samsung Galaxy S III Neo + will operate on 4.3 Android Jelly Bean OS. It sports 4.8-inches AMOLED HD display. Samsung galaxy s III Neo+ is powered by single.4GHz quad-core processor, there is no word for GPU and RAM details. It's 8 MP rear auto-focus camera with LED flash and 1.9 MP front facing camera.
Samsung galaxy s III Neo+ packs with 2100mAH. There isn't any word on inbuilt memory, however Samsung gave a glimpse on expandable memory that is 32 GB via sd card.
